Learn the Four Lenses® to

Improve interpersonal communication.

Every individual has a unique spectrum of personality  traits that impact the way he or she communicates. During the Right-Thinking® workshop, participants are introduced to The Four Lenses®. This personality assessment helps everyone identify and understand their own temperament (i.e. Green, Gold, Blue, Orange). Groups then learn how to communicate with each other through a process of empathic listening. Rather than judge others for flawed behaviors, participants learn how to value diversity and appreciate unique perspectives. Participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater social awareness and acceptance of others.

Personal change is difficult, but it is possible. In high-maturity mode, we see human nature for what it is—and we persevere, despite our challenging circumstances. However, before behavior change can happen, it is critical that we start by analyzing the core beliefs that govern our actions and the results we achieve. Because of this approach, Right-Thinking® can be instrumental to personal change. Participants reignite passion and purpose by starting with a new mindset.

The Learning Intervention Process

The process combines a 2-day workshop with 90-days of coaching to help participants identify and focus on achieving personal goals.

Training is a great experience. But, its not enough to create a true learning intervention that inspires behavior change. Training increases knowledge mastery, but fails to develop skill acquisition, and individual application. By combining coaching with any training workshop, organizations will see transformational results in the three critical areas of personal improvement outlined below

Increase results with

90-days of coaching.

Workshop participants are more likely to reach their goals with the help of an ICF certified Shipley Coach.

Each week individuals will meet with their coach virtually to set goals, review progress, and make new committments. The objective is to increase maturity and improve communication at work or home. Personal goals are created by the individual and might include:

  • Learning to work with a difficult boss
  • Leading a team to execute a new strategy
  • Communicating with a spouse
  • Developing relationships of trust
  • Reaching a child or teenager
  • Building a new team or division
  • Motivating a disengaged employee
  • Making bolder decisions and owning the consequences
