Deployment Readiness

Shipley Communication’s Deployment Readiness Process Training (DRP) is a unique way to help the service member and their family prepare for the deployment process using a temperament sensitive approach. This collaborative process uncovers various needs of individuals and families through all three phases of deployment. During training, service members and their guest create an expansive collection of strategies in order to learn from the experience and needs of others. The course outlines action plans regarding finances, communication, children, and roles/responsibilities. Service members are able to utilize the resources that will be most helpful for them, and opt out of the resources that will not.
