Leadership Engagement Train-the-Trainer

This Program will help you learn how to increase Engagement, Productivity, Retention, and most importantly Happiness! 

For $99 you receive the full Leadership Engagement Train-the-Trainer Online Training, a Facilitators Manual, and one (1) set of the Leadership Engagement student materials. 

Our standard fee to become a Leadership Engagement Partner is $1,200.  This fee includes a 1-day Leadership Engagement train-the-trainer course, facilitators manual, and twenty (20) sets of Leadership Engagement student materials which include a Student Workbook, Card Deck and Coaching Journal  (Student Materials packet regularly costs $60)

In the Program I will teach you how to facilitate the 2-Day Training, and how to deliver the Shipley 90-Day Coaching Program. As our Partner you will have access to Marketing Materials, and support with additional Coaches if you cannot personally handle all of the 90-Day Coaching.

As a Leadership Engagement Affiliate all you are required to do is purchase from Shipley Coaching one set of student materials for each student in your class.  All the profit from your trainings is yours to keep!
