Temperament Intelligence Certification (TI) combines Emotional Intelligence (EQ) research with the 4-Lenses™ (4L). First we use our Temperament Intelligence Measure to assess your organization’s scores in terms of our six competencies: Self Awareness, Self Management, Self Motivation, Social Awareness, Organizational Management, and Organizational Motivation. Our analysis will reveal the areas requiring the most intervention. Trainings are tailored and implemented. Finally, TI measures are given again to reveal the measurable change in the organization.
