About the Leadership Engagement® Coach Certification
The Leadership Engagement Coach (LEC) is the next evolution in leadership development and coaching excellence.
Certified LECs have completed a rigorous 25-hour certification, building on their foundation as Four Lenses® Facilitators (FLF) and Shipley Coach Practitioners (SCP). They are uniquely qualified to deliver the Leadership Engagement® Workshop—often referred to as Four Lenses® 2.0—and provide 90 days of follow-up coaching, ensuring leaders apply what they learn and drive lasting impact.
