Shipley Communication is launching five new Strategic Community Teams to guide the development and expansion of community-specific Four Lenses® initiatives in:

• Education
• First Responders
• Healthcare
• Family Services
• Veterans Affairs (VA)

These teams will help accelerate our mission of strengthening individuals, families, and organizations through temperament-based training and leadership development.

Role & Expectations

Strategic Team members will serve as:

• Advisors on community needs
• Subject-matter experts
• Delivery consultants for pilots and early rollouts
• Thought partners supporting adaptation of Four Lenses tools to each sector

Shipley Communication will provide all course development, books, curriculum design, sales, logistics, and program oversight.

Team Structure & Compensation

• Each team will include 5–7 members
• Teams will operate in a board-like structure
• Members will receive a 10% distribution of all sales generated through their community initiative
