A Leadership Engagement (LE) Facilitator is a certified professional trained to guide leaders through meaningful development experiences that enhance engagement, trust, and workplace effectiveness. By leveraging coaching principles, emotional intelligence, and strategic leadership tools, LE Facilitators help organizations create lasting change.

The LE Facilitator Certification is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed:

✔ 30 hours of training focused on leadership engagement strategies
✔ A 2-day, LE-specific Train-the-Trainer course

✔ 12 Week follow-up implementation sessions to help empower you with the knowledge needed
✔ The Four Lenses® Facilitator (FLF) certification as a prerequisite
