The Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) designation is the highest level of Four Lenses® certification. It’s designed for experienced facilitators who are ready to deepen their expertise and expand their influence in leadership development and emotional intelligence.
As a CMF, you’ll move beyond delivering workshops—you’ll create transformational learning experiences that foster lasting leadership growth, team cohesion, and organizational effectiveness.
What is a Certified Master Facilitator (CMF)?
The CMF credential represents 50 hours of advanced training, including virtual and in-person training, followed by a 90-day Implementation Journey with a Senior Consulting Trainer. This journey ensures not just knowledge, but practical application and refined facilitation skills.
CMFs are already certified as Four Lenses Facilitators (FLFs) and have delivered at least 10 workshops. They have proven their ability to integrate a coaching mindset and advanced techniques into their leadership development efforts.
